Most deals proposed on Presail will not close. This is not a problem. We make it cheap and easy to stake into a deal to show interest. We make it easy to get out of a deal that isn't going anywhere.

In any market there are dozens or hundreds of proposed deals for every investment deal that closes. Most proposed deals are bad.

However, the deals that make it through this process can be very good. Then, the best deals get purchased by insiders before a global community can look at them. So,

• most proposed deals are bad

• good deals get bought before they become available
